Return and Refund Policy

Our business  is built upon trust and quality. So, we keep everything transparent with our customers, If you are unhappy with our product for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our sea moss gel is made to order. Orders are processed 24 hrs from time of ordering. If you cancel your order after the first 24 hrs, your refund will be processed at 50%. Once orders ship, we are unable to refund your order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
